Insurance
We are currently participating in Medicare. However, we do not accept Medicare Advantage plans.
For most other insurance plans, including BC/BS PPO, Aetna PPO and POS, CIGNA PPO, and United Healthcare PPO plans, we accept as a non-participating provider.
We accept Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury/Accident cases.
Synergy Wellness encourages you to inquire about whether our services may be covered as part of your plan or as a particular benefit in light of your condition. We are happy to speak to your insurance company to describe the content and benefits of your program. We remain committed to being upfront about any out-of-pocket expenses you would incur as a result of any denial or deductible. No Insurance
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, packages and flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits, there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable. At Synergy Wellness Chiropractic & Physical Therapy we’re convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset, your health. If you feel you don’t have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us and ask about our PCD discount program, we can help!
